Preamble
Parties and subject matter
CONTROLLER: UjamaaTech, the legal entity responsible for operating the financial education platform and the Ujaminha artificial intelligence.
DATA SUBJECT: Natural person who participates in the tests of the Ujaminha Platform, hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subject”.
SUBJECT MATTER: The purpose of this instrument is to obtain the Data Subject's free, informed, and unequivocal consent to the processing of their personal data, exclusively for the purposes related to the Ujaminha AI testing program, pursuant to Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).
Definitions
Terms used in this instrument
- Controller
- UjamaaTech, responsible for the decisions regarding the processing of the personal data covered by this form.
- Data Subject
- Natural person to whom the personal data processed during participation in the platform tests refer.
- Ujaminha Platform
- Digital testing environment for the Ujaminha artificial intelligence, including web interfaces, WhatsApp, and other integrated channels.
- Processing
- Any operation carried out with personal data, such as collection, storage, use, processing, and deletion.
Clause 1
Purpose of data processing
By accepting this form, the Data Subject authorizes, in a free, informed, and unequivocal manner, that their data be collected, processed, and stored exclusively for the following purposes:
- Conducting performance, accuracy, and efficiency tests of the artificial intelligence named Ujaminha;
- Improving features, fixing failures, and ensuring the quality of the system;
- Generating aggregated statistical analyses for the continuous improvement of the technology.
Clause 2
Data collected
For the purposes described, the following may be collected:
- Platform usage data (text inputs, responses, and interactions);
- Technical browsing data (logs, access time, device used);
- No sensitive data will be requested without specific and highlighted consent.
Clause 3
Storage and security
The data will be processed in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), observing the principles of purpose, adequacy, necessity, transparency, and security, with technical and administrative measures capable of ensuring confidentiality and protection against unauthorized access.
Clause 4
Retention period
The data will be used only during the testing period of the Ujaminha AI and will be deleted or anonymized after this phase, except where there is a legal obligation to retain them or a deletion request by the Data Subject.
Clause 5
Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to art. 18 of the LGPD, the Data Subject may, at any time, request:
- Confirmation of the existence of data processing;
- Access to, correction, or deletion of their personal data;
- Revocation of this consent, through the official channel indicated in the section on the Data Protection Officer.
Clause 6
General provisions
This form may be updated to reflect legal, operational, or technological changes. The current version will always be available on this page, with an indication of the revision date.
The courts of the judicial district of the Controller's domicile are hereby elected to settle any disputes, with waiver of any other, however privileged it may be, except as otherwise provided by law.

Declaration of consent
By accepting this instrument, the Data Subject declares that they have read and fully understood the information above, and that they are aware that their personal data will be processed exclusively for the purposes described herein.
Data subject channel
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
UjamaaTech has appointed a data protection officer, pursuant to art. 41 of the LGPD, to receive communications from data subjects and from the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
